Welcome to the EMD Serono PAC website!

I am excited to serve as the President and Chair of the EMD Serono PAC. This is an incredibly dynamic time politically, and healthcare is under a microscope. Participating in the conversation is critical and EMD Serono has a strong story to tell to illustrate the value of our industry. Through the PAC, we are able to share our passion for creating, prolonging, and improving lives with policymakers; and support candidates who recognize the importance of the work we do.

As we head into elections next year, it is more important than ever to have a strong presence in Washington and a robust PAC.  We need to ensure that we elect Members of Congress who understand and protect the environment that allows us to produce the innovative medicines we bring to patients.

    EMD Serono PAC is a voluntary, employee-sponsored, and bi-partisan committee focused on supporting the election of candidates who understand the vital role that the life science industry plays in our economy by bringing life-saving and life-changing treatments to patients across the country.​

    Contributions

    ​​EMD Serono PAC allows employees to collectively contribute to candidates that support issues affecting our company and the patients we serve. The PAC is bi-partisan and bi-cameral. The EMD Serono PAC Steering Committee considers each political contribution on a case-by-case basis, taking into account a set of guidelines, consistent with our corporate values, when identifying candidates to support.​
